My camera's been collecting dust for about a year, and I've barely posted on here. I'd lost my passion for photography. Have you ever felt that way? I guess it’s a bit like writer's block? A spontaneous trip to the Wairarapa motivated me to grab my equipment and charge my camera batteries. We visited Castle Point (a new spot for me) with the family, and although it was just a day trip, I managed to take my first photo of the year. So hopefully here’s to a few more🤞🏻

The auction is for one of my framed photographs to help raise some money for a young man - Jake Berry.

Jake is a very active 16 year old boy from Wellington (now living in Wanaka)

Jake suffered a spinal stroke in October last year, this is a very rare event and has left Jake paralysed from the waist down.

Jake has spent the last four months undergoing rehabilitation at Burwood hospital where he’s made has made some progress regaining some movement.
Jake has recently returned home but still has a long road ahead of him.

100% of the money raised from this auction will go towards funding a trip to Australia for Jake to take part in the “making strides” specialty rehabilitation programme.

If anyone is interested in buying this framed photograph to help Jake please put a bid in.
