there is honestly no caption big enough for me to describe the feelings i have for greyhound racing being over in new zealand. i could sit here forever talking about all of the memories i have made at the races over my whole 19 years on this planet, hatrick raceway was the first place i ever went as soon as my mum got out of the hospital once i’d been born and i guess that just explains how much time i spent at that track. i am so incredibly grateful that i have been able to capture so many memories for the community and for myself over the last 3 years of being the photographer for hatrick and i really hope that these last and final images from the last ever meeting show how much i have grown as a photographer since i captured my first meeting in april 2023. i have met some amazing people because of this community and i would hope to think that my photos will be used to remember just how special this place and community was. here are some of my favourite photos i took on the last meeting and some of my favourite ones dating from 2023. i absolutely am going to miss being at the track every friday and it still doesn’t feel real that it’s over 🐾📷

i photographed my first ever wedding 2 weeks ago today and here are my favourite shots from the day ⛪️ i definitely have a lot more to learn but i’m still proud of the results, considering this was also my first ever time photographing people i’d never met beforehand. a big thanks to kirsten & dale for trusting me to photograph this beautiful day, i am forever grateful for you giving me the chance to capture my first wedding 🤍
