Back in New Zealand after a 3 week trip to the UK.

Starting to get back into the swing of things and getting over the jet lag from the trip.

Today I did a walk along the beach at Stanmore Bay which we used to do at least a few times a week before I lost the feeling in my left side. A big achievement in my mind and hoping to now do it more often ✨✨✨
