The first week of school holis nearly done, and i'm finally getting to import and view the photos from last weeks brand portrait shoot with Hazel and Jemal, founders of Three Hairdressing in Whanagrei. Still got a few pop-up sessions to edit, but can't wait to get into editing these properly 👀

I'm a bit werid cos I just love the phone snaps of obscure shots on my laptop screen. Lo-fi, slightly warped and with the moiré effect 🤌

So I just discovered Canva can turn your photo into a 5 second video. I don't love ai, but a little fun nonetheless. Next time I will film my own b-roll footage though.

June Dump

1. Meet Hannah at Sculpt Pilates to do a test set up for my Portrait Pop-Ups
2. Did a test shoot with Hannah's kidlets while I was there.
3. My youngest daughter started daycare 2 day a week
4. Put the long line out with Brad, the kids and my Mum and step dad Eric.
5. Watched my kids play football.
6. Got my hair done at Bravado by Dan
7. Hung out at the beach and took selfies with my all my babies.
8 & 9. Did a project photoshoot with Bravado
10. Supported my son and his Basketball dreams
11. Took the kids to Boulder House.
12 & 13. Sent my youngest boy off on his first trial flight for an early bday present.
14 & 15. Set my backdrop up in garage and took some snaps of my kids.
16. Had a yummy dinner date with my man at No.8
17 & 18. Shot 10 sessions in one day for my first Portrait Pop-Up.
19. Did a Brand Portrait shoot with Three Hairdressing.
20. Deep freezer broke so buried Shiloh's placenta under a tree in the sand dunes.

When my son wants some bball profile shots for his YouTube channel... we do a quick backdrop set up in the garage and shoot. I think they turned out cool. But only afterwards I thought he should have been wearing his bball shirt and shoes. The blue is a new backdrop colour, so I really just wanted to test it out. I'm not 100% loving the colour though. Sort of reminds me of school photos or 90's family portraits. What do you guys think?
