Welcome to Day 3 of our incredible Sri Lanka journey! 🇱🇰
We started the day bright and early, taking a tuk-tuk from Sigiriya Hotel to the iconic Sigiriya Lion's Rock. Climbing to the top, we were rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, an unforgettable start to the day. After our adventure, we returned to Sigiriya Hotel for a well-deserved breakfast.
Next, we checked out and headed to the tranquil Isiwara Ayurvedic Village for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Later, we made a stop at Sri Krishna Indian Restaurant to indulge in a delicious lunch before continuing our journey.
Our day’s highlight was visiting the Sacred Temple of the Tooth in Kandy during the Deeparathana ceremony, a deeply spiritual and cultural experience. We wrapped up this exciting day by checking in at the charming Cressandra Hotel in Kandy, ready to relax and explore more of this beautiful city.
