SOME PEOPLE REQUESTED IF EHP CAN JOIN NATIONWIDE STRIKE AGAINST COMPULSORY VACCINATION. WELL, WE CAN'T BECAUSE "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS NO JAB NO JOB IN EHP" SO WHY SHOULD WE JOIN THE STRIKE? IF COMPANIES DO PRACTICE NO JAB NO JOB IN EHP, THEN I WILL MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO TALK TO THEM IF NEW NORMAL CAN BE APPLIED INSTEAD OF COMPULSORY VACCINATION. TAKE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT GO AGAINST COMPANIES DECISION BECAUSE LAW GIVES THEM THE RIGHT TO DO SO.

However, I am also going to Court seeking courts interpretation on the constitutionality of the decision made by Courts to allow only vaccinated people to enter Court Rooms thus making it compulsory against people's will and denying people's constitutional right to seek justice. Will also raise questions about other Government Department or agencies making vaccines compulsory.

The fundamental basis is that there is no proof to justify that vaccinated people cannot get Covid and capable of spreading it. In other words vaccinated people can get Covid and capable of spreading it. So what's the use of Courts saying vaccinated people will use green card to enter Court Room when the vaccine is a GLOBAL TRIAL. That's in itself is unconstitutional at the moment as there is no basis to justify their decision.

I will take up this battle before the court on behalf of my people. Thus, I appeal to my people to keep safe during this lockdown period and keep practicing "nupla pasin" as we are in the process of cutting down transmission of virus. We are at war against Covid to save lives and that's our real battle. As a result of previous lockdown of 14 days we are improving number of covid cases dropped significantly. I encourage you all to pray to our God for protection and guidance in our daily lives and keep EHP Covid Free for now and going into the future.
