SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS STUDENTS AT UNIVERSITY OF GOROKA RECEIVE K1.065 MILLION SUPPORT FROM SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT

The Southern Highlands Provincial Government (SHPG) has demonstrated its continued commitment to supporting Southern Highlands students studying at the University of Goroka (UOG).
A total of K1,065,000.00 (One Million, Sixty-Five Thousand Kina) was presented as assistance to Southern Highlands students at UOG by Provincial Administrator Mr. David Kelma, on behalf of the Southern Highlands Provincial Government, under the leadership of Governor Hon. William Titpe Powi.
This significant assistance reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment to education and its recognition of students as the future professionals, leaders and development partners of Southern Highlands Province.
The support is more than financial assistance—it is an investment in the education, aspirations and future of our young people. It sends a clear message that the Southern Highlands Provincial Government values its students and remains committed to helping them pursue their studies.
The SHPG acknowledges the dedication of Southern Highlands students at UOG and encourages them to remain focused, disciplined and committed to achieving their academic goals.
