Slavery never ended, It only evolved ⁉️

Don't let the calendar fool you. In PNG, the old whip is gone, but they just swapped it for a system. The lie is thinking we're free while the mines hollow out our land and the city swallows up who we are.

They call it development, but that's just a nice word for extraction. They don't need a pith helmet anymore, it's a suit in a boardroom deciding the price of our gold and our gas.

And our kids? They're taught to count their worth in Kina, not in their lineage or their connection to their villages. Real decolonization isn't about tearing down a flag. It's about unlearning all that noise.

"It's knowing that our sovereignty was never some paper signed in a foreign language. It was the ground beneath us, the stories we told before they drew their lines across our map."

The real fight isn't fought with guns. It's in your head , realizing you've been handed a script that isn't yours, and having the guts to start living your own story again.
