Their steps today carry a centuries-old tradition as they dance in honor of Señor Sto. Niño, the Holy Child Jesus. This feast is more than just a festival; it is a powerful celebration of faith and resilience, tracing back to the arrival of Christianity on our shores. As the drums beat and we shout 'Pit Senyor!'—a plea to the Holy Child— Talindak Dance Troupe transform their choreography into a living prayer. Each rhythmic movement tells the story of our ancestors’ devotion and our own gratitude for the blessings of the past year. They don’t just dance for the crowd; they dance to keep this sacred heritage alive. Viva Pit Señor!
