On the day of Bel and Arwin’s wedding, the weather took an unexpected turn for the worse. The rain poured down relentlessly, the wind howled, and thick fog blanketed their ceremony at Chapel on the Hill. Despite the less-than-ideal conditions, Bel and Arwin remained unfazed.
