Before I forget to post again, here is a simple one.

I haven’t felt this sense of community in a while. All I could say is I miss it. People coming together, giving trinkets away, selling for a purpose, collectively gathering for a simple and quiet day. I will always go back to my roots and this community keeps the tree that I am grounded. In contrast to the beautiful chaos that Manila is, it is this that defines me.

Commuters (2025 & 2026)

I think that commuting to places is a shared experience. We see life through other bodies, share frustration within the same headspace, and the exhaustion that it gives to hop on and off again and again day by day. It might be hard, but it’s an experience to be shared.

This marks my introduction to such a wonderful feast celebrated in one of the most historic and famous cities in the country. I think it’s fitting to start this chapter where everything actually started. Here is my city, where I started this journey. I haven’t been back in ages but its lessons are engrained in my heart. Its winds still push me forward. Its community still makes me yearn.

Moving forward, I wont be a perfectionist. My posts don’t need to be in the right aspect ratio, the right set, or even fresh and new— it doesn’t even need to reach a high amount of likes. I was created to create and that is what I’ll do.
