Friendly Reminder for 2026 Sessions

Starting January 2026, we’ll be implementing a stricter policy on time, late fees, and rescheduling to help keep our schedules running smoothly. We’ve noticed that many clients arrived late this year, which can affect the flow of sessions and the next scheduled bookings.

Please make sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Each booking already includes a 10-minute grace period for small delays. Beyond this, a late fee of ₱200 will apply for every 30 minutes late.

A ₱250 rescheduling fee will also apply for booking changes made close to the scheduled session time, as this impacts our calendar and other clients.

We understand that emergencies and long travel distances can sometimes cause delays. Exemptions may be considered for clients coming from far locations or with genuine emergencies.

Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you in 2026!
