Green Warrior Permaculture Aid is a social enterprise dedicated to caring for the Earth and caring for the people. The organisation is primarily focused on field projects that use direct permaculture action and holistic education to solve the greatest problems of our world such as poverty, climate change and diminishing natural capital. These projects are deeply committed to developing effective s

trategies for sustainability in aid work, community development, disaster mitigation and permanent food security. In the past, GWPA has delivered these projects in disaster zones, remote communities and food barren areas that need real solutions for the current challenges they face. Together with communities, GWPA designs and develops sustainable permaculture systems to allow individuals to gain the skill sets required to transition from dependency to sustainable self reliance. Essentially, the organisation uses Permaculture Aid is an alternative to conventional aid. Its design focus in on creating productive communities that are, ecologically sound, culturally appropriate and economically viable, providing for their own needs today and for the future. Are you keen to become the next Green Warrior? GWPA offers courses, events, workshops and apprenticeships for budding international and local Green Warriors who want to gain skills in permaculture design and effective international aid. The purpose of this training is to develop an army of Green Warriors around the globe who are capable in applying their knowledge in the field and training others in proven permaculture strategies which rebuild local natural capital and improve livelihoods.
