Proud Moment 📸

Last June, I received an unexpected message through the Caught in Frame page that I will always be grateful for.

I was invited to be trained by Sir Alex Callueng, a Dubai-based international fashion and beauty photographer whose work has appeared in Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.

Honestly, I was surprised and deeply honored. Being invited alone felt like a recognition that maybe, somehow, the work I’ve been doing through photography is slowly being noticed.

I really wanted to attend the training in Lucena, but unfortunately, it required funds that I didn’t have at the time. It was difficult to let the opportunity pass, especially knowing what a privilege it would have been to learn from someone with his experience.

But instead of looking at it as something I missed, I choose to look at it as something I should be proud of.

Because before the big opportunities come, sometimes we first need that little sign that tells us: Keep going. You’re on the right path.

And this was one of those signs for me. ❤️📸
