Over the weekend, roads and highways were shut for Singapore’s largest cycling event, ‘s annual OCBC cycle! This is my third time cycling it and finally technology has caught up and allowed me to create a hyperlapse of the event! Enjoy!

Finally did it! Managed to try the Impossible Burger! Some of you may know that I’m big fan of meatless “meat” such as the Beyond Meat Burger. impossible burger is the next level. Whilst the beyond meat burger is almost there in terms of taste and texture, the impossible burger IS there. It’s so ridiculously similar to real meat it’s “impossible!” presented the burger in a melt, and was absolutely delicious. They can also make the sandwich vegan, if that’s your thing. Definitely try it out and I can’t wait to try other place’s take on the impossible burger! @ Park Bench Deli
