ATTENTION! All Basic and Advance Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Graduates are required to register and fill up the form below to account for all active and graduated ROTC cadets.
This registration will aims to create a comprehensive and accurate database that will enable to efficiently manage our ROTC program, monitor progress, and mobilize resources quickly in times of emergency or national crisis.
