Position: ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• Experience with Die Attach (ESEC Micron, Infotech), Wirebonding (Delvotek G5, KNS), Temperature Cycling Chamber, Shear Testing (Dage) and Profile Interferometer
• Experienced in C # script development and programming or equivalent language
Position: TECHNICAL BUYER
Qualifications:
• Minimum of bachelor's degree preferably in Materials and Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or other related fields
• With equivalent experience in procurement activities in multi-national setup, contract administration and supplier selection an advantage
Position: CONTRACT MANUFACTURER PLANNER
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Engineering courses or equivalent
• With 3 years of related experience as Contract Manufacturer Planner
Position: EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• Preferably a graduate of Engineering, technical or vocational courses
• At least 2 years semiconductor front-of-line assembly equipment technician experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing
Position: EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• With 3–5 years of experience in equipment or test engineering with good understanding of automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and motion control
• Experience working with equipment vendors and automation suppliers
Position: FACILITIES ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities work in a semiconductor operations environment
• With at least 2 years in Facilities Engineering or Equipment Maintenance and supervisory experience
Position: FACILITIES ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)
Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities work in a semiconductor operations environment
• With at least 2 years in Facilities Engineering or Equipment Maintenance and supervisory experience
Position: PROCESS TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in BS Electronics/Electrical Technology. Technical school (Include Senior Mid School) graduate or above in optic, semiconductor, electronics, or equivalent technical discipline
• With 3 years or above related working experience
Position: ESD TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• BS Engineering graduate or Technological courses graduate preferably in the field of Electronics and/or Mechanical, associate degree or technical certification in electronics, metrology, or related field preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in calibration and ESD control within a semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
Position: FACILITIES TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• A 4-year Technical Course (Mechanical /Electrical Technology)/Technical School Graduate (TESDA/DUALTECH - NCII or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior technician role
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Position: IT STAFF
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support (preferably in Manufacturing Setting)
Position: MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics/Opto-electronics and Fiber Optics Industry
• Experience on start-up manufacturing and related New Product Introduction activities such as PFMEA, process characterization reviews, equipment design review, risk assessment, etc.
• Good product and equipment understanding on target process to support
Position: PLANNER
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Engineering or its equivalent in experience
• At least 3 years Production Planning responsibility; Adept in Material Inventory and Cost Inventory monitoring; Should have capability to interface with different levels of the organization
Position: MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering course
• With at least 3 years of related experience
• Exposure in Autocad and Solidworks
Position: PLANT ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Certified Public Accountant (preferred)
• At least 3-year work experience in related field is required
• Oracle, SAP and ERP experience a plus
Position: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Engineering course and Masteral is a plus
• 10 years solid work experience in a semiconductor or fiber optics industry
Position: PRODUCT ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing, or related roles from Semiconductor or Electronics / Opto-electronics and Fiber Optics Industry
Position: PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Qualifications:
• Must be High School Graduate or College level or with TESDA Certificate or SHS Graduate
• At least 1-2 years of related experience in electronics or semiconductor industry
Position: PROCESS ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiberoptics Industry
• Proven track record and working knowledge in Electrical/Electronics manufacturing industry
Position: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or its equivalents with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Production Supervision
• General knowledge of semiconductor or optoelectronics manufacturing experience. With hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and has strong management skills
Position: PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Business related or Engineering Course
• Black or Green belt Lean Certification
• With 5 years of related experience in Project Management
Position: QA ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiberoptics Industry
• Proven track record and working knowledge in Electrical/Electronics manufacturing industry
Position: QA INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
• Must be High School Graduate or College level or with TESDA Certificate or SHS Graduate
• At least 1-2 years of related experience in electronics or semiconductor industry
Position: RELIABILITY OPERATOR
Qualifications:
• Diploma or associate degree or vocational training in electronics, mechanical, or related field preferred
• With 1+ year experience in a lab or manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with reliability testing standards (e.g., JEDEC, MIL-STD, IEC) is a plus
Position: SAFETY & POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environment, Health and Safety or its equivalents with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in (functional skills)
• Knowledgeable in ISO 45001-2018 and ISO 14001-2015 principles
• Knowledgeable with DOLE, BFP, DENR, BFP, PEZA regulation in relation to environment occupational safety and health
• At least 1 year of solid 5S Program implementation
• At least 1-years relevant experience in environmental and occupational health and safety management
• With DENR Certificate of Accreditation as Pollution Control Officer.
• Must have completed the required training by DOLE- 40 hrs. Basic Occupational Safety and Health
Position: SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiberoptics Industry
• Proven track record and working knowledge in Electrical/Electronics manufacturing industry
• Exposure in Supplier Management
Position: TEST AND BURN IN TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• Experience with Burn-in, Final Test and Vacuum Packaging Equipment
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Machine Automation and Machine Building
• Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Position: RELIABILITY ENGINEER
Qualifications:
• Diploma or associate degree or vocational training in electronics, mechanical, or related field preferred
• With 1+ year experience in a lab or manufacturing environment preferred
