Council Member Metodio "John" Maraguinot Jr. is the nominee of the National Anti-Poverty Commission Youth and Students (NAPC-YS) Sectoral Council for Commissioner representing Visayas of the National Youth Commission. Here is CM John’s profile in bullet points:

- Graduated with degrees in AB Political Science and BS in Secondary Education major in English from Holy Name University as Cum Laude and received the Fr.
