TINGNAN: Pinirmahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte ang RA 11644 o an act declaring the City of Carcar in the Province of Cebu a Heritage Zone at RA11645 o an act establishing a heritage zone within the Municipality of San Vicente, Province of Ilocos Sur ngayong Enero 14, 2022.

Ang Department of Tourism - Philippines kasama ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Cebu at Carcar City, Probinsya ng Ilocos Sur, Munisipalidad ng San Vicente, ang National Commission for Culture and the Arts iba pang cultural agencies , at ang Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) ay agad na maghahanda ng development plans kasama ang preservation, conservation, restoration, at pagpapanatili ng cultural at historical sites at istraktura para sa pagpapalakas ng turismo sa San Vicente at Carcar City.
