The "GASOLINA MO, SAGOT KO PROJECT" is initiated by the Cebu City Government led by the Honorable Mayor Michael "Mike" L. Rama through the Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Mitigation Council (CCDRRMC) and Sugbo Bike Lanes Board (SBLB) headed by the Chairman, Atty. Gerardo "Gerry" A. Carillo in partnership with the Department of Energy, F1rst Energy Corporation, and Phoenix Fuel Company. This project aims to help the public cope up with the successive oil/fuel price hike.

HOW TO AVAIL THE DISCOUNT CARDS?
1. Apply online thru https://forms.gle/H359ZqNzG1oVDimq7 or manually thru the Barangay, KPAS and MILO.
2. Applicant must possess a driver's license.
3. Applicant must prepare a photocopy of Driver's License upon claiming.

HOW TO AVAIL DISCOUNT?
1. Present the discount card in any participating Phoenix Gas Station within the City of Cebu when purchasing gasoline and other petroleum products.

GUIDELINES:

1. Motorist residing in the City of Cebu can only avail the discount cards.

2. A maximum of 20 liters per day can be purchased with a discounted rate.

3. One Discount Card is good for One Driver and One Vehicle only.
