It all started with a random Instagram follow. Look where it led them.

Back in 2019, Vince followed Jovina on Instagram after she appeared on his suggested list. Nothing too romantic, just a simple follow.

Then came 2020. During the pandemic, Vince replied to one of Jovina’s IG stories.

And somehow, they just kept talking.

Five years and seven months later, they’re married, and still each other’s best friend. The person they can be completely themselves with, their safe place, and the one they’d rather spend time with, even when they’re doing absolutely nothing.

Edward and Gwen didn’t meet through a perfectly planned moment. They simply happened to work at the same hospital, share a love for boxing, and one day, Gwen overheard a conversation about a gym session.

She asked if she could join.

That simple question became a friendship. The friendship became love.

And then there was the proposal.

Edward had secretly planned to propose in a sunflower field, knowing how much Gwen loved sunflowers. Everything was supposed to be a surprise… until Gwen accidentally found the engagement ring receipt in his bag.

Surprise: ruined.
Proposal: still unforgettable.

Somehow, that makes their story even more worth remembering.

RC was having dinner at The Reef Island with his foster parents when his PMA classmate sent him a photo, was there too, celebrating her thanksgiving.

They were there for different reasons, celebrating different occasions, yet somehow found themselves in the same place at the same time.

For RC, it felt like more than coincidence. It felt like a blessing from God.

Years later, he proposed to Christine during the fireworks at Disneyland in Hong Kong, another moment that felt almost too magical to be real.

And when asked what RC means to her, Christine said it best:

“He is my answered prayer.”

He is everything she once quietly prayed for, the kind of love that makes her feel seen, valued, and genuinely understood.

“Hi, batchmate :)”

That was Mj message to Vanellie after years of barely knowing each other in elementary school. She replied, “Hello,” then asked, “We were schoolmates in elementary, right?”

What followed wasn’t a quick love story. Vanellie, an NBSB who took her time to be certain, said yes after months of courtship. They faced two years of long-distance, built a life together in Canada, and even weathered the aftermath of Typhoon Odette before reaching this day.

Resilience looks good on them. Thrilled to share these frames from their church wedding.

We began with intimate portraits in the room, took a quick detour to the tennis court, and saved the beach for last, just in time for sunset.

It started with a chance meeting at a Filipino restaurant in Colorado. Now, Allen and Sylai are husband and wife.

Allen was the friendly one, the type who could easily strike up a conversation with anyone. Sylai? “Mataray,” according to her.

She wasn’t ready for a relationship back then, and Allen respected that. They simply let things unfold naturally.

Six months later, they started dating.

And somehow, 13 years went by.

A love that grew with time, stayed through the years, and led them here.
