𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲… and now, 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙮.

To my dear friends, followers, schoolmates, and family — I want to share something important.

I am officially stepping into the real estate industry as an 𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙧 here in Cebu.

From documenting stories through Frex Frames, I will now also be documenting my journey in helping people find a place they can truly call home.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀.

This is about guiding families, young professionals, OFWs, and investors in making one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

I will be listing condominium units from Studio to 3-Bedroom across Cebu.
I will share lessons, experiences, and growth as I learn this industry.
I will prioritize trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲.

I shoot using just my Samsung S24, DJI Gears & Tripod or even a DIY stick to capture Drone like shots—documenting events, capturing real moments, turning simple scenes into memories.

Sometimes I handle the editing, sometimes I don’t.

There are days when I only shoot, and trusted friends or fellow Carolinians help finish the story because of time, priorities, or life itself. And that’s okay.

What matters is that the story gets told.

Right now, I’m balancing a lot—my first personal ventures in parcel flipping, printing services, and a photobooth setup, while continuing my 2nd year Accounting studies.

From carrying sacks of parcels to high angle photobooth this Valentine’s Day, from numbers and exams to frames and timelines—this is all part of the same journey.

𝙁𝙧𝙚𝙭 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨 is more than just videos.
It’s passion with purpose.
It’s learning across industries.

It’s choosing to document, even when the work is quiet and unseen.

Ideas are now in motion, and I believe God allowed this season for a reason.

𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙄 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙. This is only a glimpse of what happened behind the scenes- calendar printing, catering, deliveries, late-night drives, and long days that blurred into each other.

Some days required strength. Others required silence.

I showed up. I worked. I trusted God even when the situation was heavy and unclear. I kept telling myself "God is with Me" "Everything will be Okay" "Faith Over Fear"
The Mantra I had in times of exhaustion.

I step into 2026 not pretending things are easy especially my current overall predicament.
𝙄'𝙡𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩. 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩.

Still grateful. Still moving forward.

𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙙!
Some already "Maxim", some still in progress.

Thank you to everyone who believed in me and allowed me to test, learn, and grow.
I learned about ink costs, paper choices, printer care, and how failure is part of the process.

Some prints broke even, some fell short, some made just enough-and all of them taught me something.I'm happy I took action. Lessons learned, faith intact.

𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼.
Management Accounting and Intermediate Accounting both finished.

I am tired. Drained.But I showed up!
I answered with what I had, and I trusted God to carry me through the rest.

This week felt like a mix of:
📦Parcel Flipping- Delivery thru Maxim
🖨Buying Printers, Inks and Materials
🗓Printing calendars while studying or sleeping
⛪️Keeping my faith intact
Trying to hold myself together

But still…𝗣𝗮𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻...
I’m learning that growth is not always loud.
Sometimes it’s just me, half-asleep or with no sleep at all
📖Reviewing while waiting for the printer to clean its nozzle.

📝One more exam this Dec 16.
After that, I continue building something bigger.
Right now is not perfect,but it is honest.
And 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆.

𝙉𝙚𝙬 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧 & 𝗣𝗖 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙. Halfway there🙏🏼

Balancing printing work, school, and finals this December won't be easy,
Walay tulog pero grateful kaayo - God gave me the strength, ideas, and courage to keep moving.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱. I still can't believe this is real - I sold my drone, took risks, trusted the process, and God provided everything in the most unexpected way.

Someone believed in me so much that he funded these machines. To that anonymous person: salamat kaayo. You are now part of this journey forever. 𝙋𝘼𝘿𝘼𝙔𝙊𝙉...
