Alinsod, Jr., at the young age of 21, founded his own photography and art studio at Zapote, Las Piñas City, Philippines. From being a 17 year-old all-around employee in his father’s photography studio doing wood and plastic lamination, film photography, rush ID pictures, and more – JR acquired the skills, talent, and the big dream that led us to what is now known as the longest-running photography

and video studio in the South. JR Photography started out offering traditional and manual services such as rush B&W and colored ID picture, framing and mounting, wood and plastic lamination, charcoal painting, photo restoration, film glamour portraits, and photo and video coverage for all occasions. And when everything shifted to computers and digital cameras, we adapted. We have not fully let go of what we were known for back in the days – but now, we specialize on creating artistic photos and cinematic videos for special and corporate events. From our humble beginnings during the Traditional Film and Dark Room days to what we call today as the Modern and Digital Age, JR Photography has been capturing moments and telling heartfelt stories of our clients who eventually turned as our family and friends.
