For almost four (4) years, Kape Boss has proudly operated only within Davao City and along the Buda–Marahan Road, serving our customers with passion and dedication. Our business name is officially registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on a national level, and it represents years of hard work, sacrifice, and perseverance.

We are honored whenever our journey inspires others to start their own businesses. However, we respectfully ask everyone to understand that our brand name was built through countless hardships, sacrifices, and unwavering commitment. Out of respect for our business and the identity we have established, we humbly request the individuals or businesses using the name Kape Boss to immediately discontinue its use and take down any materials bearing our registered business name.

For everyone's information, Kape Boss is the original specialty coffee brand operating in Davao City and along the Buda–Marahan Road. Any business using the same name outside our authorized operations is not affiliated with us.
