Melchor Bangayan, the late father of Menchie Bangayan passed away in the sad month of February, 2014. Bangayan has 6 daughters (Menchie, MaryAnn, Ma.Gracia, Melissa, Mildred and Melba). When he died, his wife Cristina, who has been working in Hongkong for 2 decades, went home for good and brought with her a DSLR Nikon camera (D3200) and gave it to the eldest daughter Menchie. When the interment of

the deceased father came, Menchie took the cover of her father's final photos. It was then that many friends and relatives found out that she has the talent taking and capturing good images. It was September of the same year, when a Wedding planner and caterer approach her to cover a big wedding. She hesitated at first but because of the encouragement, she pursued it. She then ordered cameras online and also watched wedding videos to get the ideas. The first wedding cover was successful and satisfactorily rated by the couple. Menchie decided to name the business BANGAYAN in memory of her father, Melchor Bangayan.
