SSA Legacy Run – 16KM 🏃‍♂️🔥

What a race!

I started strong and stayed focused on my goal, but at the 13KM mark, cramps started to hit. Every step from there to the finish line was a battle between my body wanting to stop and my mind refusing to give up.

I kept reminding myself why I started. I trusted my training, embraced the pain, and kept moving forward, one step at a time.

Crossing that finish line made every painful stride worth it because I achieved a new Personal Record, my fastest 16KM race so far! 🎉

This race reminded me that PRs aren’t always about feeling strong from start to finish. Sometimes, they’re earned by pushing through the toughest moments and refusing to quit.

To everyone who cheered, supported, believed in me, to my Capital Town Endurance Squad, thank you. And to my fellow runners, remember: when your legs start to give up, let your heart take over.

SSA Legacy Run, you’ll always be one to remember. Here’s to chasing stronger legs, a stronger mind, and even faster finish times. 💙🏅
