You were not my student in school kay pag move in nako Grade 1 naka, but your long hair and your timid smile—kanunay gyud nako mahinumduman. There was something gentle and pure about your presence that left a mark even from afar.
I thank God that you were able to attend our VCS, even just once. It was a blessing that I was able to witness. Many of the learners told me, “Sayang Ma’am, wala nami representative sa Science quiz bee, sija rabay pambato namo.” and through that, I realized how much you meant to them. 🥹
We saw your quiet strength—imong pagka hilumon, yet playful, friendly, and full of patience. I will always remember how you would wait for your mother, kanus-a mo manguli, while she was still tending the garden. Those simple moments speak so much about who you are.
Your 5 older brothers & sisters was once our student in VCS, and I am truly grateful—salamat sa Ginoo—that I was still able to see you join as well. I was honestly surprised that despite the distance—bisan medyo layo inyong balay—you came. I never thought that your first attendance would also be your last. 🥺
Rest now in God’s embrace. Padayon kang pahulay diha sa kahayag sa Ginoo. You will always be remembered. 🕊️
