📄 Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1️⃣ Your Info Matters
Provide accurate and complete details.
Misrepresentation may lead to price adjustments, limited coverage, or cancellation.

2️⃣ Our Services
Coverage is limited to your agreed program schedule.
Extra requests outside your package require approval and payment.

3️⃣ Portfolio & Style
You’ve reviewed our portfolio and accept our artistic style.
Creative decisions are at our discretion; dissatisfaction isn’t a refund reason.

4️⃣ Booking & Payment
Sign and submit the agreement within 24 hours to reserve your date.
Reservation Fee: ₱500 (non-refundable)
Balance: Due before the event. Late fees: ₱300/day or same-day penalty if unpaid 30 mins after event.
Deliverables released only after full payment.

5️⃣ Reschedule & Cancellation
One reschedule allowed (subject to availability). ₱200 fee if 3 hours.

7️⃣ Communication
Updates sent through your declared channel; non-response does not delay service.

8️⃣ File Storage
RAW previews: download immediately.
Final files: available for 30 days; afterward deleted, no recovery.

9️⃣ Photographer Responsibilities
Arrive prepared and follow the program.
Capture key moments with professional judgment.
Maintain professionalism and backups.
Notify Client of unforeseen issues affecting coverage or delivery.
