Exactly eight years ago today, this happenedโ
Ant Colita Photography got its biggest break as the official photographer of ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ญ๐๐๐๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐๐โ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐ง๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ง!
Only one year into freelance photography and just opened my AC Photostudio three months prior when I got the invitation to do the photoshoot for MNNC. I was equal parts shocked and scared but definitely up for the challenge. Armed with only my entry-level camera, my lights, and my limited experience (but big concept!), I'm glad I pulled it off.
Imagine working with the makeup artist to the stars and the man behind the star-studded events in the province Matalam Vice Mayor . It was, and still is, my grandest photoshoot and my most favorite to date!
This literally jumpstarted my career which gave me my 44 pageants, 28 prenups, 24 CoverUp shoots, 3 magazine contributions, 1 online magazine feature, 1 TumblrMag feature, and 2 photo contest wins.
Now that I've semi-retired from doing photography, I still look back at this moment and thank everyone who became part of my portfolio and made my photography journey memorable.
It isn't everyday that you get to shoot the biggest pageant in south central Mindanao....and I did it. I'm part of history! โค๏ธ
