Mayor Miguel Yulo: Makeshift Classroom Turned Over to Don Benito Lopez Elementary School

ISABELA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL – Mayor Miguel Yulo led the official turnover ceremony of a newly constructed makeshift classroom to Don Benito Lopez Elementary School, marking another milestone in the local government’s efforts to address the pressing needs of the education sector.

In his message during the turnover, Mayor Yulo expressed his joy and gratitude, emphasizing that the project stands as clear proof of what can be achieved through unity and cooperation.

“Malipayon kita nga natigayon ang pormal nga turnover sang makeshift classroom sa Don Benito Lopez Elementary School. Ini nga proyekto isa ka pamatuod nga pinaagi sa pagbinuligay, mahimo naton matubag ang mga kinahanglanon sang aton mga eskwelahan,” the Mayor stated.

He extended his heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed, supported, and lent a hand to make this initiative possible—from government partners, stakeholders, to individuals who shared the same goal of uplifting learning conditions in the community.

For the local government, education remains a top priority. Mayor Yulo reiterated that public service will continue to focus on programs and projects that directly benefit the youth and improve the quality of education.

This project is part of the administration’s commitment under the banner , ensuring that every learner has a safe, accessible, and conducive space to study and grow.
