Courtesy Call || Strengthens LGU–Reserve Force Partnership in Municipality of New Corella.
Demonstrating unity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to public service, reservist personnel of Alpha Company, 1102nd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (1102RRIBn), Philippine Army, paid a courtesy call on the Honorable Mayor Jorjan "Monet" Federiso and Vice Mayor Pedro H. Lagumbay Jr. of New Corella, on 16 March 2026 at LGU Compound, New Corella, Davao del Norte.
The activity was led by 1LT Raul V. Dela Cruz PA (RES), Company Commander, together with the and was attended by key officers and the Sanguniang Bayan members of New Corella, underscoring the strong partnership between the reserve force and the local government.
During the engagement, 1LT DELA CRUZ presented updates on the continuous development of the reserve force and highlighted its growing involvement in community-based activities within the municipality. Emphasis was placed on the vital role of reservists as force multipliers, particularly in disaster preparedness, emergency response, and humanitarian assistance—missions that directly safeguard lives and strengthen community resilience.
The discussion further reinforced the shared commitment of the Local Government Unit and the Philippine Army Reserve Force to enhance coordination and cooperation, ensuring readiness and swift response during emergencies and calamities. The dialogue reflected mutual trust and a common goal of sustaining peace, security, and development in New Corella.
