LEMON JAM 😋
Ingredients:
700g lemons
600g of sugar
1L of water
Vanilla extract
How to use:
1. Cut the lemons into slices and put them in the pot.
2. Pour the water and bring to a boil.
3. Also sterilize the jars by soaking them in water (on fire) for 30 minutes.
4. Place the lemons in a bowl and blend in a blender or food processor, then pour into a saucepan and place the first half of the sugar, then place the rest.
5. Also add the vanilla extract and bring to a very low heat for 30 minutes.
6. Then pour into the jars, seal and turn upside down.
7. Let them cool completely.

POTATO STICKS 😋
Ingredients:
3-4 potatoes
2g of pepper
110g corn starch
8g of salted parsley
100g of cheese
30ml of oil
3g paprika
1l of water (4 cups)
Preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into squares and cook. Crush them and add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, cheese and mix. Add the cornstarch and knead it.
2. Divide the mixture into two pieces. Make larger stripes from one piece, and make smaller stripes from the other.
3. The largest stripes are placed in the pan and covered with oil mixed with paprika. Bake at 180C for 10 minutes.
4. The smallest stripes are fried in a pan. Serve.
