Better late than never… kasi busy rin kami maging psychologically unstable 😭🧠

Happy Birthday sa Chairperson ng ✨AMEC Psychology Society✨ — ang strongest soldier ng APS na araw-araw lumalaban sa deadlines, org works, acads, at members na biglang nawawala kapag may gawain 💀

Ikaw talaga yung proof na kaya pagsabayin ang leadership, pressure, at pagiging mabait kahit minsan gusto mo na lang siguro mag-disappear with matching “I can’t do this anymore” background music 😭🎻

Thank you for being the calm sa gitna ng chaotic na gc, the “guys reminder lang,” the taga-ayos ng lahat, at ang unofficial emotional support ng org. Honestly, hindi namin alam paano mo nakakaya lahat nang hindi nagwawala every 5 minutes 😭

Deserve mo ng: ✨ complete sleep

✨ complete peace of mind
at higit sa lahat… complete members sa meetings 😭🙏

Kahit delayed itong greeting, hindi delayed yung gratitude at appreciation namin for all your hard work, patience, and effort for APS. We see you, Chairperson, at alam naming hindi madali lahat ng ginagawa mo.

Last May 06, 2026, students, faculty, staff, and professionals gathered together for the seminar entitled “𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬” with the theme, “Choose Health, Choose Life: Advancing Drug-Free Culture in Schools and Workplaces.” ❤️‍🩹🤝

The event served as a meaningful platform to raise awareness, strengthen understanding, and encourage collective action in promoting safe, healthy, and drug-free environments within our schools and workplaces. Through the valuable discussions and shared experiences of our guest speakers, participants were empowered to become advocates of prevention, responsibility, and positive change in the community.🩹

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our distinguished speakers:
• 𝗗𝗿. 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗰 𝗥. 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗼 — for discussing the medical and psychological aspects of addiction

• 𝗠𝗿. 𝗡𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗖. 𝗔ñ𝗼𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗼 — for introducing the programs and services of the Malinao Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (MTRC)

Your expertise and dedication greatly contributed to the success of this activity and inspired everyone to continue advocating for healthier choices and a drug-free future.🤍

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ATE SY! 🎂💛

To the mom of our org, our design queen, and the only person who can magically canvass a hundred things for an event without even looking stressed (how do you do that??), today is your day.

We don't know what we would do without you. You take our last-minute “ate kulang pa po ng ganito” moments and somehow turn them into something so beautiful. Lahat ng magandang nakikita nila sa events? ikaw 'yan. Every detail, every pinterest-level moment—gawa mo 'yan. We see the effort, the patience, the dedication. And we definitely don't say "thank you" enough.

Beyond all the work, it is you we love. The way you look out for us or put up with our chaos. This org feels like home because you are here.

Sana maramdaman mo ngayon lahat ng effort at pagmamahal na lagi mong binibigay. You deserve a birthday as beautiful as the things you create for us.
