In the late 1950s, our father Benito Colona Brul, popularly known as "Ma Betoy", together with our mother, Lucila Monedo Brul, "Na Lucy"; as known to many, popularized photography in Liliw, Laguna through their pioneer photography studio called "Fine Photography of B.C. A lot of spawning photographer at that time sharpened their photography skills through my father's mentoring; most of them was em

ployed by my father as photography apprentices. Later on, most of them manage to put up their own photography studio in Liliw. As the saying goes, the more, the merrier. In the late eighties, our father left his photography profession to answer the call of employment at the Department of Education's main office located in Quezon City as a Regional Supervisor. We, together with our father were relocated to Manila to continue our studies. On September 7, 2015, the legacy of BRUL Studio relives by his siblings. At that time it was known by the name Brul Photography. It was January of 2018 the time we bring back the name BRUL Studio we have known today. Presently, the Brul Studio was located at 301 M. Pag-Asa (POB), Liliw, Laguna. After more than fifty years... We're still living the legacy of our parents... To make your precious moments last beyond a lifetime.
