The months of planning are slowly turning into reality. ✨💍

One of the most important parts of wedding preparation is making sure that everyone involved shares the same vision and understands every detail of the celebration. This week, we spent valuable time with our lovely couple, Jonathan & Rocel, together with the amazing suppliers who will help bring their dream wedding to life.

From our Final Detailing Meeting, where we carefully reviewed timelines, logistics, and special requests, to our meetings with the Photo & Video Team, Church Admin, Band, and Host, every discussion was focused on one goal, creating a smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable wedding day for our couple.

What many people don't see behind every beautiful wedding are the countless hours of planning, coordination, and collaboration happening before the big day. These meetings may seem simple, but they are the foundation of a celebration where every moment flows seamlessly, every supplier works in harmony, and every memory is captured beautifully.

Today, our hearts are filled with gratitude as ARA Events Planning & Management celebrates 10 wonderful years in the events industry. 🎉✨

A decade ago, ARA Events started with a simple vision, to help turn special moments into unforgettable memories. Looking back, we humbled by how much we've grown and by the countless lives we've had the privilege to celebrate with along the way.

One of the most important parts before every event is sitting down with the team and making sure every single detail is aligned. ✨

Had our final meeting and detailing session for Tatay Mario @ 70 together with our Host and Photo & Video team, and I’m honestly so grateful to be working with such passionate and dedicated people behind this celebration. From timelines, program flow, surprises, and important reminders, everything was carefully discussed to make sure the event will run smoothly and beautifully on the big day.

As an Event Planner, moments like this always remind me that successful events are never done alone. It takes teamwork, trust, and collaboration to turn a vision into a memorable experience.

Sharing some of our meetings and preparations with Deniel & Claire for their upcoming May 2026 wedding at Aquamarine Recreational Center — from food tasting and event detailing with the Caterer, to meeting with the Florist, to gown fitting with the Couturier and finalizing everything with meeting with the Host and Event Planner. ✨
