One of the most important lessons I learned from Sir MJ Lopez is this:
TIME is really not our biggest problem. Our ATTENTION is.
Pare-pareho naman tayong may 24 hours.
Pero habang tumatagal, na-realize ko na hindi pala sapat na sabihin nating, βWala akong time.β
Mas magandang tanong:
βSaan ko ba talaga inilalagay ang attention ko?β
Am I just reacting to everything happening around me?
Am I spending most of my day consuming, scrolling, answering every message, every issue, every distraction?
Or am I actually creating?
Creating better businesses.
Creating better systems.
Creating content.
Creating better habits.
Creating a healthier body.
Creating a better future for my family.
Because of this, bihira na akong magreklamo na wala akong oras.
Instead, I try to take responsibility for where my attention goes.
Another important lesson I learned from Sir MJ is accountability.
Recognize your own patterns.
Be honest with yourself.
Minsan hindi kulang ang opportunity.
Hindi kulang ang knowledge.
At hindi rin kulang ang time.
Sometimes, the real problem is the pattern we keep repeating.
And once you recognize that pattern, may choice ka na.
You can continue reacting.
Or you can correct it and start creating.
That lesson has stayed with me.
So ngayon, hindi ko na masyadong tinatanong:
βMay time ba ako?β
Mas tinatanong ko:
βIto ba talaga ang dapat paglaanan ko ng attention?β
Because your attention is not just consuming your day.
It is creating your future.
So be honest with yourself:
If you keep giving your attention to the same things every day, will they eventually create the life you actually want?
Thank you, Sir MJ Lopez, for this reminder. π
