KKLKD is a play on the colloquial Filipino nakakaloka/kakaloka (shortened to NKKLK in common Pinoy SMS usage), which means “something that drives you crazy”, and kakalakad (too much walking) — both of which can allude to the current condition of transportation in the Philippine urban jungle. Started in February 2016, KKLKD is an online photo-journal that seeks to capture and share the moments in the daily life of a Pinoy commuter.
