Wynonah Van Joy Buot, 24 years old, hails from the Queen City of The South.
Born in Cebu, Philippines but raised in Saudi Arabia, Wynonah was a consistent achiever during her elementary and high school years. She moved back to the Philippines to pursue BA Mass Communications at the University of the Philippines Cebu and graduated Cum Laude. She worked as an Executive Assistant to Kenneth Cobonpue and was later on promoted as Business Development Officer. A prominent figure in Cebu, Wynonah has hosted pageants, charity events and festivals, among others. She is a proud professional print and runway model of the Models' Association of Cebu. Wynonah has bagged two of Cebu's most coveted crowns: Miss UP Cebu 2012 and Miss Cebu 2015. Inspired by her success and aspiring to give back and share her blessings, Wynonah co-founded PUSH. This is a non-profit personality development workshop catering to young girls in Cebu wherein activity proceeds go to Miss Cebu Charities.
