Loooooooong Preighter

A rare visitor in town! This massive Airbus A340-600 of European Cargo has landed in Manila for scheduled maintenance at Lufthansa Technik Philippines. Always a treat to see one of the few remaining A340s still in service, especially the -600 variant, known for being one of the longest passenger jets ever built, now serving in a new life as a freighter. Great catch for local aviation enthusiasts! This event gathered many plane spotters here in Manila!

Twin Thunder: Ospreys Ascend

Two of the V-22 Ospreys of the United States Marine Corps took off from Ninoy Aquino International Airport after a one night stay at the Villamor Air Base. Sources have said that it diverted due to the bad weather here in Luzon for the past few days. It took off from NAIA's Runway 31 using its short landing and takeoff capabilities. After its ascent, it slowly accelerated and left for its destination.
