LOOK || The PDP-Laban Local Slate of Pikit Proclamation Rally was headed by incumbent Mayor Sumulong Sultan and Vice-Mayor Muhyryn Sultan-Casi, as well as the rest of the -Casi. At the gathering, Governor Nancy Catamco, who is known as the "Diwata ng Apo," was also in attendance, together with its Provincial Slate. Other than that, a caravan led directly by the PDP-Laban Pikit Slate paved its way from Barangay Poblacion through Barangay Nalapaan and Barangay Macabual before returning to Pikit Municipal Plaza for the official ceremonial Proclamation Rally.
