CAMPUS ADMISSION FOR SY 2023-2024 ADVISORY

Program Offerings:
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (BSBA-HRM)
• Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship (BSE) specialized track in Agribusiness

Application for College Admission in now open.

March 20 to April 16 – Application for Admission (Online/Face-to-Face)
April 20-21, 2023 Admission Examination (Face-to-Face at the Campus)

What are the steps in applying for Admission?

1. Accomplish the Admission Application Form:

a. For online Pre-registration for College Admission, here is the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17o73_App6FRhPuSn0HGJRimW9k_1k1G0/view?usp=sharing

• Applicants who will not able to pre-register will not be allowed to take the admission examination. STRICTLY, there should be only one pre-registration per applicant.

b. For face-to-face application, secure Admission Application Form from the office of the OIC-Campus Director.

2. Proceed to the Campus from March 20 to April 16 (8am-5pm) for the College Admission Application and bring the following documentary requirements:

a1. Photocopy of grade 11 and Grade 12 (First Semester) Report Card from previous school (For Incoming Freshmen Only).

a2. Photocopy of Transcript of Records or Certification of Grades from previous school (For Transfer Student Only).

b. Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate.

c. Two (2) copies of 2x2 ID picture.

d. One (1) Long White Folder

3. Fill-out the Admission Application Form provided by the Admission Coordinator, staple your 2pcs 2x2 I.D. picture, attach your requirements and sign the form.

4. Get the copy of your Examination Permit.

• The permit should be presented on the day of the examination. No admission permit, no examination. Examination is scheduled on April 20-21, 2023.

Reminders:

• Online Pre-Registration and In-Person Application for Admission will be open until April 16, 2023 only.
• Examination is on April 20-21, 2023 and there will be no more additional dates for it; and
• Observe the minimum health protocols.

Again, don’t forget to pre-register online, apply for admission in-person and bring your requirements with you on March 20 – April 16, 2023. Thank you!

For Information and Guidance:

STEP 1
For Old Students Only
- The student must present his/her ID or COR for account checking of balances.
- NO balance on PTC shall proceed to enrollment. (Step 2)

For New Student/s
- The student must submit all credentials needed such as:
1. 2pcs. 2x2 ID pictures
2. 1pc. 1x1 ID picture
3. Admission Slip
4. Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate w/ 2 (two) xeroxed copy
5. Original Copy of School Report Card w/ 2 (two) xeroxed copy
6. Original Copy of Good Moral Certificate w/ 2 (two) xeroxed copy

For Transferee
- Transcript of Record w/ 2 (two) xeroxed copy
- Certificate of Transfer / Honorable Dismissal w/ 2 (two) xeroxed copy
- Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate w/ 2 (two) xeroxed copy
