MINIMUM RESERVATION
The minimum length for reserving the studio is two (2) hours. RESERVATION TIME
Your reserved time should include ingress and egress. The reservation time will be strictly enforced. If the client does not start on time, the original reserved time will be charged to the client. We are requesting all clients to be punctual. If the client finishes early, the rate charged is the reserved time. EXTENSIONS
Use of the studio beyond the reserved time frame is allowed upon the availability of the space. Additional time will be calculated in 30-minute intervals based on the current shoot rate. Example, if the shoot was estimated to end at 4PM, but extended until 4:20PM, the client will be billed until 4:30PM, or an additional one-half of the hourly rate. LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT
Clients will be held responsible for lost or damaged studio equipment. The client is required to pay for the cost of repair or replacement of the items. SHOE POLICY
Anyone who will enter the studio must remove their footwear to help preserve our backgrounds. Shoes must be stacked neatly outside the studio. Models who need to wear their shoes are required to tape the soles of their shoes. Please bring your own masking tape. MUSIC
We have a speaker. You can bring your own IPOD for some shoot music. PARKING

Clients are expected to clean up and throw their trash after use of the studio. SETTLING CHARGES
