For , I'd like to throw it back to 2014 when I was sent on my first coffee related assignment: photograph the up and coming cafes around Makati. I was not a coffee drinker back then, but I think the spark started that hot afternoon when I entered and had their affogato with the cute coffee shot in a bottle. From that moment on, i got more curious about coffee and the coffee culture. And the rest, as they say, is history. ☕️
