Madali i-underestimate yung mga naka set-up na climbing holds sa unang tingin. Pero nung sinubukan ko na, hindi pala madali.

May proper technique at work-out ka rin pala dapat, masaya na nakakapagod 😂

Ps. Di ko na masyado mapiga yung clutch ng motor ko pauwi pagkatapos ng climb 😂

As part of our typhoon season preparations, we delivered lifeboats and life vests to Barangay San Isidro, Cainta, to support their emergency response and relief operations during floods.

Since summer is not the ideal season for tree planting, Arcadis Local Sparks, spearheaded by Ar. Jeremy, focused on preparing seedlings and repotting them in advance for the planting season, which is the rainy season. Even while flood control project issues have gone silent, we continue to help mitigate flooding through small acts like this for the benefit of our environment and future generations, so they can still have forests and trees to explore.
