As the reigning Miss Mountain Province, Judy A. Justo champions "Five Threads, One Mountain Province," a deeply personal advocacy celebrating the distinct languages, customs, and artistic heritage of her province’s five indigenous tribes.

She firmly believes that our diversity is not a barrier, but our greatest strength—much like separate threads woven together into a single, unbreakable fabric. Rather than trapping culture behind museum glass, Judy advocates for a living heritage that breathes within homes, honors the wisdom of elders, and lives in quiet harmony with nature through continuous, ancestral practices.

Representing Mountain Province on the national stage, Judy carries the spirit of her kakailyan, the memories of her ancestors, and the boundless hope of the youth.

She aims to prove that modern progress does not mean losing one's identity, inspiring communities to move forward while remaining firmly anchored in their roots.

By rallying behind Judy, we are not just supporting a pageant journey—we are helping her open the world's heart to a sanctuary of indigenous wisdom, welcoming hospitality, and a beautiful heritage that walks beside us every single day.
