LARIKHA INTRAMURAL MEET 2025 🏆🏅

“Welcome to a space where stories come alive—where every moment, big or small, is worth sharing.”🎤

For me more than just a competition, the Larikha Intramural Meet 2025 is a celebration of identity, creativity, and unity. It reminds everyone that success is not only measured by winning but by the courage to participate, the determination to improve, and the joy of belonging to a team.⚽️🏀

At the Narra Gymnasium, the diversity of events made me appreciate the importance of spatial organization. For Bench Cheering, it became clear that every cheer, jump, and formation depends on precise placement. Without proper blocking, the performance could easily lose its timing and impact. 🥇
The Dance Sport event reminded me how movement takes on meaning when the dancers know exactly where to start and end. It showed me that elegance isn’t only about skill it also comes from understanding one’s space.
Meanwhile.🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🏅
Sayawit and Modern Dance highlighted the beauty of combining creativity and structure. Blocking allowed performers to express emotion and artistry without chaos, proving that even freedom in movement must be guided. 💃🏻🕺🏻
And during the Runway and Mr. & Ms. Intrams, the importance of confidence and timing stood out. The runway path, turning points, and exit placements ensured that each candidate presented themselves with poise and fluidity.👑
At the Grand Stand, the energy felt different but equally inspiring.
The Yell Competition showed me how unity becomes stronger when everyone knows their place and purpose. The synchronized voices and movements were only possible because blocking created order in the midst of excitement. Lastly, Indakwento, with its blend of storytelling and dance, made me appreciate how blocking brings a narrative to life. Each position each transition helped the audience understand the journey being told.
Organization is a silent but powerful contributor to success. It may not always be seen onstage, but its effects are present in every well-executed performance. It reminded me that preparation, communication, and teamwork are essential, not just for events like these but also in our real life.🤞🏻

Intramural celebration may come to an end, but the memories, lessons, and friendships we gained will stay with us. Thank you for making this year’s intramurals truly unforgettable.💕

Thankyouuu Readers 🙌🏻

World tourism Month in PSU Narra Palawan 🙌🏻

Tourism Month is a nationwide and global observance dedicated to promoting the value of tourism and encouraging both domestic and international travel. It serves as a reminder of how tourism contributes to a country’s economic growth, cultural preservation, and environmental sustainability.👍🏻

In our school, the celebration of Tourism Month encourages students to discover more about our local destinations, traditions, and the importance of sustainable tourism. Through activities like exhibits, cultural shows, seminars, and competitions, we learn not only the value of tourism as an industry but also as a bridge that brings people together.
Tourism Month is more than just a celebration—it is a call to appreciate our roots, showcase our identity to the world, and become ambassadors of our own country. It inspires everyone to explore, to learn, and to protect the wonders that make our land truly beautiful.🫶🏻

Mabuhay!!! ✈️

"I would like to invite you to visit the Bangui Windmills."🙌🏻

When i Visited the Bangui Windmills was truly impressive. Seeing those massive turbines lined up against the backdrop of the ocean was a breathtaking sight. It's amazing to witness firsthand how they harness the power of the wind to generate electricity. You really get a sense of the scale of the project and its importance for renewable energy in the region. Beyond the environmental aspect, the windmills themselves are just visually stunning and make for some incredible photos. It's definitely a must-see destination in Ilocos Norte!🫶🏻

The Bangui Windmills, officially known as the Northwind Bangui Bay Project, are located in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, and offer a unique blend of renewable energy and tourism.✨

Situated along Bangui Bay and facing the West Philippine Sea, the windmills form a graceful arc along the shoreline. The location between the Pacific Ocean and the South China Sea makes Ilocos Norte ideal for wind energy generation1.
The windmills contribute 40% of the power requirements of Ilocos Norte. Each turbine can generate up to 1.65 megawatts, totaling 24.75 megawatts for the first phase of 15 wind turbines234.🗺

The site has become a popular tourist attraction, drawing visitors with its stunning views and giant turbines. There is no entrance fee, and souvenir stalls are available.
The Bangui Windmills were the first power-generating windmill farm in Southeast Asia. Although it was the largest wind farm in Southeast Asia, the Burgos Wind Farm later took the title in 2014.🗾

The windmills are made up of large, white wind turbines. Each turbine has three blades that rotate in the wind. The turbines are tall and imposing structures, creating a visually striking landscape.
They are lined up along the coastline of Bangui Bay, creating a scenic view with the sea in the background.🌊✨
