“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.”

Intramural sports are always popular among students who want to compete with-and-against their friends while taking a break from textbooks and tests. This semester has been no exception. Despite the post pandemic, University of Northern Philippines students participated in intramural sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, track and field, lawn tennis, eSports, dance sports, swimming and others.

Here are the many things that happened throughout the intramurals week, which was from October 9 to October 17, 2022.

Any vacation plans yet?
This strikingly beautiful waterfall has multiple cascades and offers a nice variety of compositions. It has a serenity-pool at the bottom and it was so cold that we started shuddering. Hence, it is one of the emerging tourist destinations in the province.

If you want to try some exciting activities, you can go behind the waterfall, swim and dive in the pool, and climb the staircase with more than a hundred steps.

Take good care. Just get ready. The rest is your duty.

Have you toured inside this impressive campus? What is your favorite spot?

This accommodating university is well-equipped with all of the tools needed to foster and encourage learning. No student is left behind. The university does its best to provide a space for all the students to thrive.

There are times that freshman like me may feel some negative emotions at the educational environment that seems to have set us on a sea of academic challenges. But those negative emotions began to fade and turned to positives when we met new people who became our friends and extended their hands to survive.
To the people who make our stay more enjoyable inside the university, thank you so much.
