"Bumili ng Drone na napakamahal"
Upon owning the DJI Mavic 4 Pro for the past month, I can say it’s every aerial filmmakers’ dream. Narito ang takes ko kung bakit sobrang the fit siya sa aming day to day and professional.
* Camera Quality - It’s like a flying Cinema Camera. Kayang kayang itabi sa shots ng FX3 and FX6 based on real world use. Downside lang, ang colors ng 28 mm Hasselblad Camera, 70 mm Medium Tele Camera at 164 mm Tele Camera ay may distinct differences. Ang main camera ay kayang kayang i handle ang matataas na dynamic ranges, most natural colors at widest dynamic range, while the 2 other cameras are big leaps mula sa Mavic 3 Pro. Does colors are huge issue? No, once you know how to tweak and color grade the clips, mapaglalapit mo ang colors nang di hamak.
* Battery life - 51 minutes, hindi tatagal nang ganyan pero nearly 35 to 42 minutes from 100 to 30% (30% force RTH settings ko kasi). 3 Batteries feels like so long. Para kang nag drodrone sa loob ng 2 hours bago maubos ang Batteries na 3 pieces.
* 28 mm Focal length - Coming from different drones na may 24 mm lens, damn, nakakapanibago ang 28 mm. It feels so tight and mahahalata mo talaga kasi need mo pang umatras para makuha ang desired frame mo. Na adopt ko na lang rin ang tighter lens since using it almost everyday.
* Electronic ND - Rare finds sa Market, rare finds even online. Lucky to have one, and ito ang masasabi ko sa Electronic ND. Malakas ang Yellow tint ng ND. From 5500 K kapag no ND, sineset ko pa minsan from 4900 K to 5200 K dahil may warm and yellowish tint siya. The higher the density ng ND, the further away ng Kelvin sa 5500 K ang kailangan para makuha ang best color.
* DJI RC Pro 2 - Sobrang dali ng buhay kapag may remote na may designated screen, coming from a drone remote na always need ng phone to operate. Once nagamit mo ang 3 batteries dire diretso, may 20-30% battery pa ng DJI RC Pro 2 ang naiwan, pero always need ng agarang kapag kailangan nang mas mahabang panahon.
* 360 Obstacle Avoidance Sensor - May 360 cameras all around. Kung saan tutungo ang drone, may automatic switching ng view na kahit na lowlight ay sobrand effective. Parang may third person perspective. Ito ang pinaka effective na technology na na-implement sa first firmware release ng isang drone. Mavic 3 series had this feature kaso after tons of Firmware update lang siya nailabas. Good thing na nailabas ito ng Mavic 4 Pro right after the first release.
Above all, this is the best foldable drone for consumers. Everytime DJI releases a new technology, it surpases its flagship everytime. The All-Intra codec is the best selling feature for me. Not needed the ProRes 1TB, 512GB fits like a charm. This is more than just a drone, it’s an evolution of listening to consumers on what’s the best and what is needed on the tech race, what the editors / colorists needed and all that really fits in a small compact foldable drone.
