Out of the hundreds of clients we have served since we started this business, we only encountered a few complaints or conflicts — around 5 to 10 clients as we can remember. Those concerns were properly settled, resolved professionally, and handled with kindness and understanding.
We acknowledge that we are not perfect, because nobody is perfect. Even large companies and industries experience misunderstandings, challenges, complaints, and sometimes legal concerns. What matters most is how these situations are managed and resolved properly.
Most of our clients continue to support and encourage us, reminding us not to give up because the few imperfections should not outweigh the many successful events and happy clients we have served through the years.
Some people may judge us based on misunderstandings or isolated experiences, but no one has the right to destroy a business built with hard work, dedication, and sincere service simply because of emotions or misinterpretation of agreements. Legally, concerns should always be reviewed fairly based on contracts, communication, and proper settlement procedures. If settlement and resolution are offered and accepted, unnecessary legal actions should no longer be pursued.
This business is not only for our own survival. It also helps provide income opportunities for many people working with us. Truthfully, we do not even have huge savings because we continuously invest in improving our services, purchasing materials, maintaining equipment, providing freebies for marketing, paying office and storage rentals, and handling monthly taxes and operational expenses.
Not all planners or suppliers carry the same responsibilities we do. Many suppliers under our packages are already covered because we are the ones managing and paying the taxes and business obligations. We only added a small amount per supplier to help sustain our monthly operational costs, and even that is often not enough considering maintenance, repairs, transportation, staffing, and other business expenses.
In handling supplier-related work, we have also experienced delays in releases, unexpected deleted files, supplier issues, and situations where some clients became dissatisfied or wanted rushed releases without fully understanding the contract agreements and turnaround processes. Despite these challenges, we still did our best to handle every concern professionally, calmly, and respectfully.
Most of the blame, disappointments, and public criticisms were directed toward us instead of the suppliers involved, yet we still chose to understand the situation and carry the responsibility because we know that clients trusted us directly. We continue taking risks and doing our best to protect both our clients and the people working under our team.
As much as possible, we avoid immediately discussing internal supplier problems with clients because our priority is always to find solutions first before creating additional stress or concern. We only explain such situations when necessary and when all possible solutions have already been exhausted.
Thankfully, most of our suppliers have worked professionally and responsibly with us throughout the years. Unfortunately, there were only a few cases where unexpected problems, delays, or misunderstandings happened beyond our control.
Despite all the challenges, we continue striving to provide affordable and quality services while helping others earn income and support their families as well.
We sincerely thank everyone who continues to trust, support, understand, and believe in us through the good times and difficult moments. ❤️
