𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘴 𝘝𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘰 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 | Sa makulay na pagpapakita ng pagmamalasakit sa kultura, nagtipon-tipon ang komunidad ng STCI noong Agosto 28, 2025 para sa isang natatanging pagdiriwang: ng pagtatapos ng Buwan ng Wika at ang paggunita sa Araw ng Katutubong Mamamayan (IPED). Sa temang “Paglinang sa Filipino at Katutubong Wika: Makasaysayan sa Pagkakaisa ng Bansa,” ipinamalas ng bawat departamento ng kolehiyo ang kanilang husay sa pamamagitan ng iba’t ibang pagtatanghal.

Layunin ng bidyong ito na itampok ang diwa at kaluluwa ng pagdiriwang, ang mga makabuluhan at kahanga-hangang pagtatanghal ng bawat departamento. Mula sa tradisyonal na sayaw, tula, pag-awit, at iba pang malikhaing pagpapahayag, malinaw na ipinakita ng bawat grupo na bagama’t magkakaiba ang ating kultura at wika, iisa pa rin ang ating hangarin, ang pagkakaisa para sa kinabukasan at ang sama-samang pagmamahal sa ating bayan.

Panoorin at damhin kung paanong ipinamalas ng buong pamilyang STCI na ang tunay na pagkakaisa ay matatagpuan sa pagdiriwang ng ating makulay at magkakaibang pamana—na lahat ay nagsasalita sa iisang wika, ang wika ng ating pagiging Pilipino.

Ngayong Araw ng mga Bayani, inaalala natin ang tapang at sakripisyo ng mga nag-alay ng buhay para sa ating kalayaan at mga pinahahalagahan.

Ang kanilang kabayanihan ay paalala ng tibay at lakas ng loob na bumubuo sa ating pagkatao bilang isang bansa.

Ipagpatuloy natin ang kanilang nasimulan sa pamamagitan ng paglilingkod sa ating kapwa at paninindigan para sa tama.

𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐊 𝐂𝐂𝐈𝐓 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐬

The PITIK CCIT Visuals Team conducted its first interim meeting on August 9, 2025, at 8:00 PM via Google Meet, marking a significant milestone in its preparations for the launch of 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀, the proposed Official Publication of the College of Computing and Information Technology (CCIT) of Saint Tonis College, Inc.

The meeting was led by Editor-in-Chief John L. Palangeo, a 3rd-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student, who was formally appointed to the position by the members and staff. He presided over discussions on key organizational matters, including determining the publication’s name and scope, finalizing its organizational structure, formulating the chapter code, completing the Calendar of Activities, and electing interim officers.

A major highlight of the session was the nomination and appointment of staff members, selected from applicants screened on August 7, 2025. The following individuals were officially designated to their respective positions:

- Feature Editor: Jeremiah Salang-oy
- Literary Editor: Johnrex De La Alas
- Opinion Editor: April Gumaad
- Cartoonists: Jem Sean Dalingay & Jerald Jude Baglinit
- Media Director: Chulippas Ben (Videographer 1) & Nash Guinanas (Videographer 2)
- Auditor: Dhyrin B. Alinao

The position of Copy Editor remains vacant and is expected to be filled prior to the formal launch of the publication.

The team also took the opportunity to express its appreciation to Sir Jherome Tenorio, outgoing adviser of PITIK CCIT, for his invaluable guidance and technical support, particularly in equipping the group with the necessary tools and skills to enhance its operations.

Although 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 remains under the umbrella of PITIK CCIT as an unofficial publication, the team expressed its dedication to establishing a credible and creative platform for student journalism within CCIT. Plans for the launch include a series of workshops, multimedia content initiatives, and the introduction of themed editions aimed at engaging and informing the college community.

The meeting concluded with a unified commitment from all members to uphold the principles of responsible journalism, foster student expression, and deliver high-quality publications that reflect the voice and spirit of the CCIT student body.
